These spots were inspired by stories of customer service techs going above and beyond to help customers with non-internet issues. All the spots feature actual Alliance service techs.
Fun Alliance fact #1
The boy getting “the talk” kid jeopardy. Despite some love from the community, “The Talk” was deemed too hot for local TV and we replaced it with a alt version where the service tech breaks the news a family vacation is cancelled.
Fun Alliance Fact #2
Alliance is a standout rural telecom. In addition great customer service, they made smart investing to their infrastructure and were early adaptors of running fiber directly to homes. Many of their customers in tiny towns actually have superior internet to those in the cities.
